1. Agreement
By purchasing or downloading anything from Social With Parker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Digital products and license
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the products you purchase for your own business or personal education.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute any product or its contents.
- Share download links, files, or login access with others.
- Post product content in public groups, channels, or libraries.
- Use any content to create products that compete with ours.
We retain all intellectual property rights in our products.
Long-term access. We aim to provide ongoing access to purchased products. If we retire a product, we will give existing customers at least 90 days' notice and the opportunity to download a final copy.
4. Free Digital Wealth Guide
- The guide is free to download with email signup.
- The same license restrictions in section 3 apply.
- We may discontinue the guide at any time.
5. Pricing and promotions
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Refunds
All sales are final for delivered digital products, subject to the consumer-law carve-outs below.
UK customers. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. By proceeding to download or access your purchase, you expressly agree to begin receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right.
Technical exception. If you cannot access a delivered product because of an error on our side and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we will refund the affected purchase.
Chargebacks. Unwarranted chargebacks result in revocation of access to all purchased products and may be reported to the relevant payment networks.
7. User conduct
You agree not to scrape the site, reverse engineer our products, share login credentials, use our content to compete with us, or engage in abusive contact with our support team.
8. Accounts
Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure.
9. Disclaimers
Our products are educational. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, follower growth, virality, or business outcome. Any results referenced in our marketing are illustrative and are not typical — individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
Platform risk. We are not responsible for changes to TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, or any other platform that may affect strategies taught in our products.
The site and products are provided "as is" with no warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of our products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
12. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be confirmed once Parker's business registration is finalised. Pending that, mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Social With Parker.
