Refund Policy

Because every product we sell is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once you receive access to a course, guide, template, or download, the purchase is non-refundable.

1. Why we don't offer refunds on delivered digital goods

Digital products cannot be "returned" — once you have downloaded a file or accessed a course module, the value has been transferred. By completing checkout you confirm you understand and agree to this policy.

2. Technical access issues (7-day window)

If you are unable to access your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend access or, if we cannot resolve it, issue a full refund. Email hello@parkerssocials.com with your order number.

3. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate order.

4. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can.
